Hometown Habitat, Stories of Bringing Nature Home is a 90-minute film which presents inspiring stories of community commitment to conservation landscaping by showing how humans and nature can co-exist with mutual benefits.  The film features renowned entomologist Dr. Douglas Tallamy whose research, books and lectures on the use of non-native plants in landscaping sound the alarm about habitat and species loss.  The director and film crew spent two years traveling the country to seek out success stories and works in progress that re-awaken and redefine our relationship with nature and motivate us to make natural landscaping the new landscaping norm.

Co-sponsored with the Native Plant Society of Texas, San Antonio.
