Julie Little is an educator, health coach, and student of Thich Nhat Hahn, a Vietnamese Buddhist Monk. She has taught in the public schools for 35 years, and now works with clients who are looking to make lifestyle changes to improve how they look and feel. She is certified as an integrative nutrition health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City.
