Have the wonderful emotions of the heart gotten lost in our busy lives? We all know we need to take care of our heart, reduce stress and eat right. But what about love, joy, passion, spirituality, dreams and heartache? We will talk about what a joyous heart means to each of us and experience how herbs can change our emotions. We will explore herbal tinctures and teas as well as flower remedies and laughter. Have we become hard-hearted? We will taste fabulous tonics and experience heart-opening essential oils. This will be an interactive class, so come expecting to have a good time.

Carol-lee Fisher apprenticed with herbalists Donna d’Terra and Rosemary Gladstar in California, and studied aromatherapy with Dhyana Dluco. A former president of the San Antonio Herb Society, Carol-lee teaches about herbs to local and national audiences, with many television appearances to her credit. She will be assisted by Joe-Beth Kirkpatrick.
