Key elements in mindfulness training provide participants with skills for a more positive and compassionate response to their everyday challenges. Mindfulness is an effective way to reduce the level of stress in your life, relax and become more aware. The sessions will be experiential, giving participants the opportunity to practice simple techniques, strategies and meditations in a relaxed atmosphere. These practices can be done either sitting or lying down. Handouts will be provided.
