University Presbyterian Church offers a campus parish
ministry to college students in the San Antonio area. College ministry at University Presbyterian is an invitation to share in a thoughtful and caring relationship with a local church while at college. Music, mission opportunities, and fellowship are at the heart of our program to induce as full participation in the life of the congregation as a busy college life allows.. In May 1999 our youth program received the Katherine Hawes Award for Effective Youth Ministry, an award conferred by Union Theological Seminary of Richmond, VA, which each year recognizes one Presbyterian congregation for its outstanding commitment to youth ministry. |
